Local stone (sandstone) sealed with images derived from photographs of the sky. The stones grow bigger and rise towards the centre.

The circular form and the contrasting materials explore notions of temporality , and make connections between apparently opposing concepts - for instance 'heaven' and 'earth' , 'nature and 'culture'. Uneven surfaces give the effect of a fractured and unstable world.
